Threats and Surges

Complete Nightfalls while using a subclass that matches the current surge.

A Nightfall is an advanced version of a Vanguard strike that includes Champions and other difficulty modifiers indicated when launching the activity.

Each day, there are different threat and surge modifiers to the Nightfall. Threats increase damage to you from a damage type. Surges boost damage you deal with a damage type.
